Conversion of a large listed Victorian hospital Set in 16.5 acres of landscaped grounds, this landmark project provided 117 new-build family homes and involved re-glazing, façade cleaning and repair of the original structure, replacement of the slate roof and the restoration of a circa 30 metre clock tower.
